Tomorrow, When the War Began Teaser Trailer

Thank you to the people who commented with the link! The teaser trailer for Tomorrow, When the War Began can be seen here (but for a short time, I believe). Screen captures of Rachel as Corrie are in the gallery! It’s nice to see Rachel is a very different role. The movie looks really good, I must say.

New Film Rumors

Since news about Rachel is sparse these days, it is good to hear of some possible film projects. The first is The Last Furlong, a film by French director Agnes Merlet. The plot “will tell the story of 2 teenagers and will be shooting this spring in Dublin.” Thank you, Hugh, for the information! Although there isn’t much information about it now, you can see a French information page for the movie here. I remember seeing the movie Artemisia by this director and it was quite artsy, so this looks like an interesting project.

The second movie, which should be treated heavily as wishful thinking, is Blood and the Moon. There is information about it here. I just finished an essay about witchcraft trials in the seventeenth century and the time period really fascinates me. I really hope this gets made, but the website looks like a campaign at the moment with Rachel listed as “hopeful supporting cast.” Thank you to SarahBryantfan at IMDb.
